How we protect your event data.
INVYTE uses privacy-conscious handling for event guest records. Guest information is provided by the client for the booked event and used only to send invitations, manage QR admission, communicate event details, and produce attendance reports for the client.
Guest contact details, message delivery records, QR admission status, and attendance data are removed after reporting. Guest information is not sold, reused for other events, or made available through a guest-facing application.
Terms of Service
Clear expectations for every booking.
By booking INVYTE, the client confirms that they are authorized to provide guest names and contact details for invitation delivery and event admission, and that they have obtained any required consent from guests before sharing those details with INVYTE.
The client remains responsible for the accuracy and consent status of the guest records supplied. INVYTE uses those records only for the booked event, then removes them after event completion and delivery of the agreed reports.
